General Introduction:
This seris motors contian 16 frame size.Among of them, the frames and the end-shields of the frame size from H63-H160 are made of cast iron or aluminium-ally, and the frames of H180 or over are made of cast iron with suffcient mechanical strength. All cooling ribs of motors assume verical or horizontal distribution. the motor entirety looksvery beautiful.
The treminal boxes ar mae o cast iron aluminium-alloy die casting for frame size H63 to H280 or high strength cast iron for H315 up to H 450 and located on the top or a side of he motor offering users choose.
OPERATING CONDITIONS:
1. Altitude: Alttude should be lower than 1000 meters above sea level.
2. Rated Voltage: 220V/380V 230V/440V 380V/660V 400V/690V
3. Frenquency: 50Hz 60Hz
4. Connection: Star-connection for 3KW of less whereas
Delta-connection for 4KW or more.
5. Duty/Rating: Continuous(S1)
6. Insulation class: F, the temperature rise of the stator winding is examined at 80K(by reistance method).
7. Protection Class: The main body of the motor is IP54, IP55, but the terminal boxeaches IP55.
8. Cooling method: IC 411
