YEJ2 ELCTROMAGNETIC-BRAKE MOTORS
General introducting:
YEJ2 electromagnetic-brake motors are improved products on the base of YEJ series.The technical properties of its motor conform to there quirements of Y2 series.The performance of the brake assembly are improved.YEJ2 can make action promptly when the power of electric motor is off.Quick brake time doesn't exceed 0.15 second for frame sizes 63MM up to 30MM up to 160MM. This series can acquire slow brake time by changing the connection in the terninal box as per customer's request.
This series have low noise and the braking performance is reliable.
The working principle:
The electromagnetic brake motors acquire 198V direct current recified from 220V AC when the power is on. At the same time,thearmature is attractrd by electromagnet.This makes brake disc ratable and enables motor to run freely.When the power is off the electromagnet loses electromagnetic force. The armature is pushed by the spring and sticks to end shield of the motor immediately.The rotation is stopped.
This series are widely used in machine tools,packaging machinery,woodworker machinery,food processing machinery ,chemical engineering machinery, textile machinery,construction machinery, gear reducer and so on.
Conditions:motors of this series can continuously run at the rates power under the following conditions
1.Altitude: no higher than 1000 meters from sea level.
2.Ambuent temperature: it varies with seasons but not exceeding +40°C.
3.Frequency:50HZ or 60HZ
4.Voltage:220/380V or 380/660V
5.Connection:Y-Connection for 3KW and below whereas delta-connection for 4kw and above.
6.Duty:Continuous(SI)
7.Insulation class:B,F
8.Protection:IP44,IP54 or IP55
9.Imported bearing and locked bearing at D-end on request
